April 18-21th


Starters of the day

Parsnip cream with red cabbage and almond pesto (v, gf, km0)

Potato, green bean and daikon salad

with green leaves and mustard vegan mayo

(v, gf, km0)

Hummus of frijoles with fried corn tortillas

avocado and coriander (v, gf)


Mains of the day

Rigatoni with creamy cauliflower sauce

and portobello mushrooms (vo)

Ravioli of organic eggs filled

of pumpkin and parmesan cheese

with butter and sage (+2€)

Stew of chickpeas and celeriac with dried fruits

and baked polenta (v, gf)

Quiche of organic eggs, green cauliflower

and smoked tofu with mixed leaves (gf, km0)


Desserts of the day

Apple crumble with coconut whipped cream (v, gf)

Organic yoghurt with fig and walnut marmalade

(gf, km0)

Rasoterra is a vegetarian and vegan bistrot certified as 0 miles by Slow Food.

Many of our ingredients are local and/or organic. We either buy them directly from producers or grow them in our vegetable garden. Our daily bread is made with time and sour dough, and we filter water by reverse osmosis both to cook with it and to serve it bottled, a much more ecological option than mineral bottled water.        Enjoy!
