Starters of the day

Cold soup of carrot, cumin and coriander

with coconut reduction (v, gf)

Salad of green leaves, bulgur, tomato and cucumber

with yoghurt and mint (v, gf, km0)

Hummus of black beans

with fried corn tortillas (v, gf)


Mains of the day

Rigatoni (pasta) with tomato sauce

and sautéed courgettes (vo)

Ravioli of organic eggs filled of pumpkin and

parmesan cheese with butter and sage (+2€)

Rougail of lentils with basmati rice (v, gf)

Frittata of organic eggs and leeks

with mixed leaf (gf, km0)


Desserts of the day

Date and orange cake (v)

Organic yoghurt with peach marmalade

and almonds (gf, km0)

Rasoterra is a vegetarian and vegan bistrot certified as 0 miles by Slow Food.

Many of our ingredients are local and/or organic. We either buy them directly from producers or grow them in our vegetable garden. Our daily bread is made with time and sour dough, and we filter water by reverse osmosis both to cook with it and to serve it bottled, a much more ecological option than mineral bottled water.        Enjoy!
