November 28th – December 1st



Pumpkin and sage cream (v, gf, km0 )

Salad of rocket, grilled radicchio, apple, sultanas and ricotta

with a Modena vinaigrette and mustard seeds (vo, gf, km0 )

Potato salad with boiled egg, carrot, spring onion and herb vinaigrette (vo, gf, km0 )

Sautéed broccoli, green and red cabbage, sweet potato and celeriac

with tomato, coriander and chili sauce (v, gf, km0 )



Strigoli (pasta) with leek and portobello sauce (vo)

Ravioli of organic eggs filled of pumpkin and parmesan with sage butter (+3€)

Stew of black beans, carrot, parsnip and miso with Delta rice (v, gf, km0 )

Frittata of organic eggs, celeri and silver beets with mixed leaves (gf, km0 )

Baked tempeh, cauliflower and millet with hazelnut and almond satay sauce (v, gf)



Chocolate rocks with sweet pumpkin and ginger sauce (v, gf)

Kiwi and pear with rice, lemon and thyme milk (v, gf, km0 )

Organic yoghurt with plum marmalade (gf, km0 )

Rasoterra is a vegetarian and vegan bistrot certified as 0 miles by Slow Food.

Many of our ingredients are local and/or organic. We either buy them directly from producers or grow them in our vegetable garden. Our daily bread is made with time and sour dough, and we filter water by reverse osmosis both to cook with it and to serve it bottled, a much more ecological option than mineral bottled water.        Enjoy!
