Octuber 24 – 27th



Celeriac cream with seed brittle (v, gf, km0 )

Sweet potato, fennel and red onion salad with almond and pepper sauce (v, gf, km0 )

Salad of green leaves, portobello and horn of plenty mushrooms, celeri, carrot and cherry tomatoes

with parsley and garlic oil (v, gf, km0 )

Gratin of potatoes and cheese (gf)



Fusilli (pasta) with dried tomato pesto and diced courgette (vo)

Ravioli of organic eggs filled of pumpkin and parmesan with sage butter (+3€)

Dhal of red lentils with basmati rice (v, gf)

Grilled tofu with two colour potato mash (v, gf, km0 )

Vegetable lasagna with tomato and basil sauce (km0 )



Lemon pie

Ceviche of apple and pear with kaki ice-cream and leche de tigre (v, gf)

Organic yoghurt with quince and strawberry cream (gf, km0 )

Rasoterra is a vegetarian and vegan bistrot certified as 0 miles by Slow Food.

Many of our ingredients are local and/or organic. We either buy them directly from producers or grow them in our vegetable garden. Our daily bread is made with time and sour dough, and we filter water by reverse osmosis both to cook with it and to serve it bottled, a much more ecological option than mineral bottled water.        Enjoy!
